Bruschetta Guacamole

BRUSCHETTA GUACAMOLE

Fresh, ripe Hass avocado mixed with DELALLO Bruschetta Olive! Life doesn’t get much better than when DELALLO products are on the table!! quick, easy, creamy deliciousness!

POPCORNERS are the new diet snack that doesn’t feel like diet food! Great at a party of one or more!

Makes 2 cups

3 ripe Hass avocados, cut in half, remove pit and scoop out flesh from skin – discard skins

1/2 c. DELALLO BRUSCHETTA OLIVE

1 celery stalk, fine dice

2 T. chopped sweet onion

1 t. ground coriander

1 t. garlic powder

1/2 t. salt plus to taste

fresh grind black pepper to taste

fresh cilantro garnish


1- Place avocado in large bowl and mash till creamy and lumpy.

2- Add remaining ingredients and stir till evenly dispersed and creamy with smaller lumps.

3- Serve with fresh cilantro garnish with POP CORNERS or tortilla chips.



SEA SALT OR SWEET & SALTY – BOTH GREAT!
