





Anybody likes toast – why wouldn’t they? Well if anybody likes toast, then everybody will love Raisin Bread toasted, then spread with softened A-F margarine, then spread with RICH’S WHIP TOPPING – the plant equivalent to dairy whipped cream, then spread with Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves.
Out of this world elegance. For those who like a hint of chocolate flavor, add a teaspoon or two to the whip when it’s nearly whipped to firm peaks.
RICH’S WHIP TOPPING is the best of non-dairy, Animal-Free whip creams.
Instruction: Thaw, pour into deep bowl, whip till peaks begin to form, add a teaspoon of vanilla (per cup of liquid), whip some more, then if desired add 1-2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder, whip some more, won’t take long now, till stiff peaks form. Store leftover in covered container in refrigerator.

Variation: And those wild blueberry preserves? I could eat them plain. In fact, that’s a good idea: In parfait or wine glasses place 2-3 Tablespoons WHIP, then top with blueberry preserves, then top with more WHIP, then more preserves, then more WHIP. Now dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder and serve! Another elegance!!
